About the Role
This position plays a key role in maintaining service excellence and operational consistency across all our resorts. You’ll collaborate with property leadership teams to monitor quality systems, identify improvement opportunities, and champion best practices that align with our company values and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company quality standards and operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in guest service, safety, and operational performance.
- Monitor and analyse guest feedback data (including review platforms and surveys) to identify trends and action areas.
- Provide coaching, training, and follow-up to support teams in achieving excellence.
- Prepare and present reports with recommendations for corrective actions and performance enhancement.
- Work closely with department heads to drive consistency, accountability, and a culture of improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, operations, or training within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and properties.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
