With foundations already in place, we’re continuing to build capability within our People & Culture team to accelerate and deliver our L&D ambitions.
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate professional to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver impactful L&D initiatives across our properties and Head Office, building workforce capability, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening our people engagement.
Working in partnership with our Group Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing plans to life through hands-on delivery. You’ll conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), contribute to annual and monthly training plans, and design, deliver structured, engaging learning programmes, coordinating activities to ensure consistent implementation across the Group. You’ll monitor participation, track outcomes, and administer and continuously improve digital learning platforms to support holistic learning delivery.
Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate training records and supporting documentation for compliance and grant requirements, provide insights and reporting to support continuous improvement, and assist with the publication and tracking of monthly training plans to ensure alignment and consistency.
