The successful candidate will actively direct all day-to-day culinary operations across the resort, overseeing every stage of service from early-morning preparation through late-evening dining experiences. You’ll drive creative daily specials, wellness-focused menu development, and exceptional event execution while ensuring consistently high culinary standards and memorable guest experiences.
This is a highly operational role requiring a leader who is fully engaged with the kitchen team in all areas of production and service.
