Executive Sous Chef – Lomani Island Resort & Spa

Reporting to the Executive Chef and General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting and overseeing all culinary operations at Lomani Island Resort & Spa. You will contribute to the development of wellness-focused and seasonal menus, coordinate special events, and ensure the seamless execution of daily kitchen operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will work alongside the kitchen team to maintain exceptional standards of food quality, cost control, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to drive efficient and sustainable practices, while inspiring a high-performing and cohesive team environment.

You will bring creativity and a passion for excellence, using fresh local Fijian ingredients and global culinary influences to deliver outstanding dining experiences in our luxury adults-only island resort.
