We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Recruitment & Engagement Officer to join the People & Culture Department at Raffe Hotels & Resorts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talented individuals across the Group’s properties while supporting employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Working closely with hiring managers and departmental leaders, you will manage recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding processes, and contribute to programs that enhance the employee experience.
This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing employment documentation, and supporting induction programs. You will also assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, internal communications, staff events, and initiatives designed to strengthen employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or employee engagement within a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.
