We’re hiring a Recruitment & Engagement Specialist to attract great talent, oversee their personal welcome to our family and help us to create a workplace where everyone can truly thrive. This role is responsible for attracting top talent, managing onboarding processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives across our properties and Head Office.
You’ll oversee full-cycle recruitment from advertising through to selection, partnering with department heads on workforce planning and hiring needs, coordinating and delivering structured onboarding programs, developing and implementing engagement and retention initiatives, and supporting employer branding across digital and social media platforms.
The ideal person will possess at least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or generic HR functions. We’re also keen to receive applicants with a strong digital knowledge of HR systems and online recruitment tools with excellent communication and organizational skills.
